Ingredients (Serves 4)
175g JimJams Hazelnut Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Spread and a couple of teaspoons to drizzle.
400ml Full Fat Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Half a fun size Bounty Bar (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and place in fridge for 4-6 hours.
Before serving, allow to thaw at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
To serve, place 2 TBSPs JimJams 83% Less Sugar Chocolate Spread into a microwavable dish and heat for 30 seconds. Drizzle over the ice-cream. To finish, grate a little Bounty bar over the ice-cream for a final kick of coconut!
