Spread 2 tbsp of JimJams Hazelnut Chocolate Spread generously over one side of two slices of bread.
Top each with another slice of bread and gently press together to make two sandwiches.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until combined.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Allow the bread to soak up a little of the mixture without becoming too soggy.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Add the sandwiches and cook for approximately 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crisp on the outside and the JimJams spread is warm and gooey inside.
Remove from the pan, cut in half and serve immediately.
TOP TIP!
Serving suggestion: Top with fresh strawberries or berries for a really good-looking breakfast or brunch dish.
